Once again the doctor of the turntables DJ Blaze captured the crowd on the ones and twos making way for the final performances of the festival. Wayne Wonder caught the eyes and ears of all the ladies with his smooth an sensuous lyrics. He then handed the stage over to one of Jamaica's best international conscious reggae stars, Sizzla, who, in one of his rare live performances, showcased a multitude of genres from dancehall, and soulful R&B to gentle roots reggae. As he obliged the crowd with his many encores, the final night of the First Annual St. Maarten/ St. Martin Summer Fest drew to a close, leaving all in anticipation of next years festivities.
