St. Maarten SummerFest postponed until 2008

In a press release today the St. Maarten Festival Foundation announced that the 2007 St. Maarten/St. Martin SummerFest will be postponed until 2008. The President of the Foundation, Mr. Clarence Derby, regrets this decision but is excited that the 2008 St. Maarten/St. Martin SummerFest will be held in its brand new home, the Festival Village, which is currently under construction on the Dutch side of the Island. The Foundation sincerely regrets any inconvenience this has caused to all those looking forward this year's SummerFest, but encourages everyone to visit the website for future updates.
